With 25 years of experience in the ICT industry, Cam Harris is the Director of Digital Solutions for Optus Business. In this capacity, Cam advises Australian organisations, allowing them to realise their Digital Customer, Employee and Workplace Experience objectives.

Leading a team of specialists and working closely with the broader Optus Business organisation, Cam and his team help customers assess and increase their digital maturity and deliver game changing business outcomes leveraging Optus Business digital capabilities.

Prior to joining Optus Business in 2016, Cam held a variety of roles spanning 25 years in the Collaboration and Contact Centre industry including APJ General Manager for Contact Centre at Cisco, Consultant with NEC and Ericsson, Managing Partner with Universal Consulting, Consultant with TSA Telecommunications, Director of Sales and Marketing for IPFX and Management Consultant and Sales Manager for CSG Limited.

A SME and regular speaker at industry events, Optus Business events, partner and customer briefings, Cam continues to focus on market transitions, customer engagement evolution, business transformation and digitalisation.
