For the past few years Neal Cross, Chief Innovation Officer at DBS Bank, has spearheaded DBS’ innovation program, with an innovation culture at the heart of driving change. At the beginning of 2016, his team was granted $10 million to set up a new innovation centre to further evolve their digital strategy, as well as placing some ‘hard revenue’ targets against innovative projects.
